Terms & Conditions of Clinical Care

1. Appointments & Punctuality

Patients are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled session times to allow adequate preparation in our private treatment chambers.

2. Medical Assessments

Physical therapy protocols are tailored to the physiological assessment conducted by our licensed physiotherapists. Patients must disclose prior surgeries, pacemaker implants, and known cardiac or orthopedic conditions.

3. Invoicing & Payments

Payment for individual or package therapy sessions is due at the time of service via Cash, bKash, Nagad, Card, or Bank transfer. Official computerized receipts are issued for all transactions.
